Rachel Havekost

Rachel is a bestselling author with roots in psychology, theater, and education. After over a decade of battling an eating disorder, suicidal depression, and anxiety, she started writing about her therapeutic discoveries in hopes of helping one person feel less alone. After getting divorced during the pandemic, she shared stories of living boldly and choosing to live on her own terms.
