Apparel sizing and care.
All of our apparel comes in regular unisex sizing and fits true to size, unless stated otherwise in the product description. For an oversized look, we recommend sizing up. For example, if you typically wear a size Medium, consider sizing up to a Large or Extra Large.

We recommend washing all apparel inside-out, in cold water on gentle cycle. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low heat, or hang-dry to prevent shrinking and color fading.

I need to change the shipping address on my order.
Email and give us the correct address. We’ll ensure your order gets to the right place!

I want to add another item to my order.
Email and let us know. We can’t change the items in your order, but we can cancel your existing order so you can place a new one.

I’m having trouble placing an order in the Thought Catalog iOS App.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 2 PM EST will be shipped by our warehouse the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will ship the next business day. Please note that all carriers are experiencing delays, however, and carriers are not guaranteeing delivery dates at this time.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to every country in the world.

Where do you ship from?
Mostly New Jersey, U.S. However, some items might ship directly from other warehouses and be shipped separately.

How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the weight of your order (how many books and other items are included in your order). You can calculate shipping at checkout.

What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship book orders within the U.S. via USPS Media Mail. International orders are shipped using the best quality and most cost-effective carrier, based on the time of order and delivery location, from a network of providers.

Is expedited shipping available?
Yes, you can select expedited shipping for orders to Canada or within the U.S. Please note, however, that carriers are experiencing delays and are not guaranteeing delivery dates at this time.

Will there be additional duty charges on my order?
Some international orders incur additional fees or duties owed to the carrier upon receipt of the package. These fees are not charged by us, nor are they communicated to us by the carrier. They are strictly charged by the carrier and vary from country to country.

How long will my order take to arrive?
If you’re in the continental U.S., you can expect to receive your order within 3-4 business days. If you’re outside of the U.S., you can generally expect express orders within 1-2 weeks. International standard orders may take longer depending on the time it takes to get through customs and the speed of your local post. Carriers and customs are experiencing delays at this time.

Order Issues

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns of items in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Email to request a return label. Your refund will be processed when your order arrives back at our warehouse. Sales of digital products, however, are final.

Help! I haven’t received my order.
Email with your order number and name. We will track your order and ensure it gets to you.

My order arrived but it was incorrect or damaged.
Email and we’ll get you a replacement item.
