How to measure

Lay a T-shirt or sweatshirt that fits you well flat, then measure the garment without stretching it.

Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder beside the collar to the bottom hem.
Width
Measure straight across the chest from one underarm seam to the other. This is the flat garment width, not the circumference around your body.
Sleeve length
The starting point varies by garment: some guides measure from the shoulder seam, while others start at the center back of the collar. Use the method specified for your garment.
