To Love.
Introduction
Back in late 2019, I experienced what some would call a "spiritual awakening." I had personally never really heard about that term before, nor had I been working towards experiencing something of this nature. It just so happened that I came to a point in my human adventure where many things I had been building for years came crashing down: business contracts, friendships, romantic love. It was a proper "Tower" moment as depicted by the Tarot de Marseille, a crashing and crumbling of old structures that were no longer serving my well-being. And even that last part took me a while to understand as I thought I was doing great when in fact, I was running on empty for years and periodically burning myself out. That tower moment has gotten me completely broken. Later I found out: I was cracked open. But we’ll get to that part.
During that time, I found myself meditating properly for the first time in my life as I slept on the floor of my living room for 10 days, unable to do anything. Meditation was the only thing that soothed the psychological pressure and overall heartache I felt. My way of meditating at that time was very pragmatic. I would meditate exactly like I would do everything else back in early 2019: with a goal in mind and the priority of efficiency at all costs. Later on, I discovered Vipassana meditation which became a tremendous guiding tool to navigate through my inner space. From the edge of my awareness, I could sense that beyond the protective walls I had built all around myself to keep me safe was a vastness, an infinity beyond anything I could name with accurate words. And I could sense that this infinity was what some mystics call Samadhi or the absolute essence of all, which is: Love with a capital L. Unconditional love. Beyond any and all conditions. Social, economic, political, logical, rational conditions. Like the water pouring out of a fresh source, satisfying the thirst of a wanderer lost in the desert. There I was thirsty for God, Goddess, for my own infinite nature. There I was, laying on my floor, unable to cope with reality, and for the first time in my life, I truly began to silently say to myself from within:
I have nothing to lose. Nothing.
I said this repeatedly about 50 times or more. Feeling it throughout my body. Feeling the resonance and the intention of these words surging through me like honey nectar. It was moving through me like a current. The more I said it, the more I heard it echo within me, the more my body would let go and I could allow myself to relax into this powerful declaration. I have nothing to lose. Tears were rolling down my cheeks. Sadness was mixing and merging now with a new sense of freedom. Eventually, joy came through as one of the deepest feelings of surrender I’ve permitted myself to really feel into in a very, very long time. As this happened, what felt like a massive current of absolute electricity surged through and just blasted the space between my eyebrows wide open. At that time, I didn’t properly know that this space was called the third eye. I began to see colors, visions, and a kaleidoscopic spectacle while being fully awake. I was

You are.
And that’s enough.
Love
We often say to "fall in love"
Yet are you really falling?
Can you rather rise in love?
Can you rather stand in love?
Can you rather make love your unconditional foundation?
We often think of love as something romantic
Worth suffering for
Can you rather ground in love?
So deeply that these roots nurture your whole being
Can you rather see how you are made of this mighty sap
Can you let it pour throughout you entirely?
We often say love hurts.
Yet can we rather think of love as that which
enables any and all experiences?
Like the very gravity itself holding all things in place
Like the glue, the goo pulling matter together
We often speak of love as something to believe in or not
Yet can we rather think of it as the very
Absolute?
Gratitude
The Present is the Gift
When you don’t feel Great-Full
It means that truly, you aren’t really here
For gratitude is the most honest attitude
It is deep presence in and of itself
All the teachings say "just be grateful"
Deep down Your reaction to this
Might be quite hateful, thinking :
I never asked for all this
Yet when you really anchor in the now
You’ll see all solutions come around
You are the arrow and goal
You are the seer and the coal
In the Now it all appears
As all Shadows disappear
Say with me:
I now transform lead into gold
And I now lead as the high masters so wisely told
In deep appreciation for the spectrum of infinite creation
In humility and reverence for this multi-ray perfection
I am the writer of my story
The director of my script
And I am Present only Now
For the past already passed
And the future is always shifting
There is no better or worst path
Only the one I choose with heart
With integrity and in sacred art
I Illuminate my Destiny and know
My own meeting is my only goal
It is safe to ask.
It is safe to receive.
Cosmos
I call in and through
The Grand Mother of All
Within me, Within You
Thank you for thy Generosity
I delight in this Wholly Place
Of Emptiness, Where I So Deeply
Regenerate and Am Renewed
I call in and through
The Grand Father of All
Within me, Within You
Thank you for thy Intelligence
I delight in this Wholly Light
Structuring All Form, Where I so Highly
Know, Am and Beam
I am the Sacred Marriage of Both
I am the Merging of Two
I am the Being of One
I am the Third Eye Alive
I am the Birthing of Sight
I am Infinity
I am the Field
I am Unity
I am.
