Not only is print not dead, it’s indelibly embroidered onto the self-taught French designer Olympia Le-Tan’s clutches. Although she only started her eponymous label six years ago, Le-Tan — who started off working under Karl Lagerfeld at Chanel — has already made a name for herself with her expansive collection of pined-after book-inspired clutches. This beige cotton-canvas Snow White bag, which is part of her limited edition Disney collaboration, bears a felt-embroidered and -appliquéd rendition of a vintage poster featuring the classic cartoon after which it’s named. Lined with a flower-laden fabric sourced from Liberty, London’s crown jewel of floral pattern purveyors, this handmade clutch is a far superior alternative to the ubiquitous “it” bags.
